Maybe scam, maybe not. I get about two or three a week from all over the planet offering different products, wanting to buy honey and pay with paypal, etc... I just ignore all of them. Why risk sending money to some company in India or China or Nigeria that may or may not exist to save a little money on a product I can buy here? And who knows what those products will contain as by-products? Foundation may look like beeswax, but include cheaper petroleum based wax, it might contain contaminants... who knows... I am just not interested in taking all those financial and other risks, I just delete the email.

Whether it is a scam or not is kinda beside the point. Personally I don't knowingly buy wax from unknown sources. Who knows what chemicals and diseases are lurking there?

I tracked down a similar one selling foundation mills, it was a scam from a known scammer.
44 years, been commercial, outfits up to 4000 hives, now 120 hives and 200 nucs as a hobby, selling bees. T (mostly).

I'm with Rusty. I'm mostly foundationless because of the junk in foundation now, but when I do buy the stuff, I want the seller closer to home so I know what he's doing.
