Interesting! It would be interesting to chart in/out, time, and temperature to look for activity correlation....

I think it could be used for alot of reasons. If you could hook it up wirelessly in a homeyard maybe you could rig it up for when your bees start doing clensing flights in spring thus not being too late for swarms. The data collection aspect would be worth it on its own, and im sure just based on the numbers you could get an idea of your bee population during certain times of the season, which I "think?" would corelate to your honey flows and dearths?
