Smile Hello from Central Michigan, Lansing Area

Hello to you all. I'm new to beekeeping. This will be my first year as a novice. I'm getting ready with all the equipment that is needed for this adventure. I'm really excited about starting this new hobby. I already have chickens and many vegetable gardens. So I値l be pretty busy this year. I知 retired but I do have work to do on our small farm. I will most defiantly read up on this skill and I知 already enrolled in two beekeeping classes within the next month. Thank you all for your input to help me succeed in this trade. Respectfully, Tom

C.O.M.B. (Center of Michigan Beekeepers) meets the 2nd Monday of every month at the MSU Pavillion at 6:30pm. There are great people and great resources. See you there?

Welcome! I'm from the same area too, though not an official beekeeper. This will be my third year and still yet to make it through a winter. Not ready to give up yet.
