Wood cockroaches

OK are these harmful to hives. I have these things all over my hives. The bees seem to just ignore them.

not a problem i see 10-15 every time i open my hives that are in my out yard none at my hives in town at the house

They are not a problem but do gross me out. One of my yards that just went through its 2nd season has them bad. I did worry about bring them home. I always have some come back in supers and kill them on site but this has never been a problem either.
