How about using Google Translate to translate the whole website?

The Utah State University digital library has scanned in the English version titled "The Book of Nature, or, The History of Insects".

It can be found online at http://digital.lib.usu.edu/cdm/compo...ory_sci/id/375

Use the thumbnails/content scroll on the right-hand side to navigate, then select the image/text tab on the main reading pane for more information. The text is in the original 1600's style, with the letter 'f' often used instead of 's', and words like 'hitherto' and 'hereafter' sprinkled throughout.
