What are bees doing in late november?

It is late novemember here in WI. We have a warm spell at the moment were the temps are getting into the low 50s during the day. I noticed the bees are coming and going like it was the middle of the summer. What are they doing now since it is clear there is no pollen to gather.

Looking for pollen and nectar. Just because there isn't any, doesn't mean that they aren't looking for it.

Oh, they're also taking trips to the outhouse.

they also make cleansing flights.gathering a little water taking the dead out eating honey and replenishing the honey in the cluster. sealing cracks and guarding the entrance.warming in the sun as well.

pp270, if you watch them coming and going for awhile you probably will see pollen coming in, my bees are bringing it and I don't see any flowers at all blooming within 3 miles of me, everything is brown. John

mine are bringing in pollen, I live on a deadend road a 1/8 mile from the highway, that has alot of homes. so I think that some flower gardens still maybe in bloom.My wife still has one little yellow flower.

Mid 60's for awhile now in middle Tennessee. Bees are still bringing in some pollen.Had a new brood hatch yesterday
