Default In need of some advice

I was making a proactive step to get ready for the winter really coming to the northeast. That being said i was trying to buy fondant for my 4 hives,I made my own last year but needless to say its very messy and sticky.I was wondering if any of the following ingredients are harmful to my bees:

Icing Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch,
Vanilla Flavour, Gum Tragacanth, Cellulose Gum, Modified Corn Starch,
Potassium Sorbate, Titanium Dioxide, Acetic Acid

This is a commercially available product.

Thanks to all who can advise.

I have read and heard that you are not suppose to use powdered sugar with corn starch in it.

The problem is that corn starch can cause dysentery in bees. They cannot digest the solids, and they don't poop inside the hive, so they need to be able to fly to get rid of waste. NJ certainly has some cold weather when bees can't fly.

You may find this page on feeding by Michael Bush useful.
Personally, I'd use use pure granulated sugar, put inside the hive, as discussed at the link above.

Just do mountain camp and let the bees make the fondant. It really works.

All those ingredients sound like a chem lab mixture. Besides, they should have their own sources for winter. Sometimes best not to disturb, even though tempting to do so.
