You have more snow there than I do here in MI! lol
Ho, ho, ho, you call that snow? Hardly a dusting. I'd show you snow if it weren't dark here already. I bet what you have will be gone tomorrow.

Looks like a Blizzard to me. I'd show you spring weather with the bees flying if it were not dark. I can almost hear Mark's bees saying "Thank you Mark!".

You can see WAY more than three feet...and no one had to climb out a window to clear snow from the door.
A blizzard is BIG snow...if you think that's big, it explains an awful lot about Texans thinking everything in Texas is big...
This is what big snow and a blizzard look like.
Not Texas little "snow."
We have 2 feet right now.

Yeah, I know. Just trying to be funny. I knew you northern guys would jump on it. You can have it back if you want it.
Where's that global warming at?
rumor has it we are due for 10-14" of course now that Christmas is done i am ready for spring and workin the hives!
Maybe I'm cursing us by saying so but no snow of consequence here thus far. A few dustings is all, and they have pretty much melted.

Only the higher elevations around here might get some snow flurries. Most of us around here need to batten down the hatches and hang on.
From the NWS:
We had a 3-hour power outage last night because of a main power line being down. Listening to the scanner, it sounded like they only did a temporary fix. So if the weather gets bad, we may have another outage tonight. But I've got a fire going in the fireplace just in case.STRONG AND POTENTIALLY DAMAGING SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT FOOTHILLS.

Nice picture, but how much flocking did you have to buy to do that?

No flocking. That's the real deal. Had to take a picture, because you only see it a couple of times a year
around here. A guy where I work was talking about how his girlfriend was all happy about hearing that we
might get some snow. She just moved up here from the Austin area. Well, she got a little anyway.
I was just kidding, a buddy of mine in Midlothian sent me a picture of him and his kids in the snow, crazy!

All kinds of flocking here:
https://www.craftflocking.com/
"Flocking" is a decoration process that enhances the way a wide variety of products are experienced by making ordinary surfaces seem far more magical and special. "Flocking" is the process of depositing millions of little individual cut fiber particles (called "flock") onto the surface of an article for the purpose of increasing the tactile sensation, aesthetics, color and appearance.Flocking is used in many ways. One example is in modeling where a grassy texture may be applied to a surface to make it look more realistic. Another is on a Christmas Trees, which may be flocked with a fluffy white spray to simulate snow. The fuzzy inside of a jewelry box is flocking, it protect fine jewelry from scratches and dings.
