I bought from mann lake, then a couple days later i emailed them to inform them something was wrong with the order.
They provided me with a return shipping label and supplied the correct items for no charge.

Now thats customer support and good pricing

Some things are not free shipping, like 12oz. and 24oz. cases of bears (the 250 cases). the shipping cost is almost as much as the product.

I've done a little business with several different bee supply companies, and all of them have provided fantastic service. As good or better than I've gotten in any other industry, bar none.
