Basically just the syringe with suction cup to suck venom out of the bite. It does not neutralize the venom. They suggested to use it on mosquito-bites - imagine, to use syringe on every bite! But for bee stings - may be useful if not in the bee-suit. I'll try to make something similar at home to see if any help with bee-stings.

I can only imagine the amount of suction needed to get the tiny amount of venom out of the tiny hole in the skin. Probably leaves a pretty good welp if you use it. But in theory, it may work.
