I know that frames can be spaced wider in the honey supers, but now that winter is coming should I put the frames together tight in the brood frames? Should the brood frames always be pushed together in the center of the bow?

Brood frames should always be tight together.
If they are built out and you push them together after the fact, you may squish bees. If one of them happens to be the queen at this time of year it might be a while before you discovered it.
Do not mess with te roads and bridges in the hive any more than absolutely necessary this time of year. The bees have it mostly set up the way they want it and we are just not that much smarter than they are! You didn't build that! Leave it alone now.
