Can anyone help?
I saw a Youtube video that showed a woman (Ibelieve in Germany) that treated her packages before she hived them.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about or has seen the video?
I can't find it.
Thanks

I treated my packages with Hopguard this spring. The mites enter the cell on the fifth day after the queen lays. I treated on the sixth or seventh day after installing packages, which should be before any mites enter the brood. I only treated once, since there was no possibility of mites being released from hatching brood.

This wasn't a great year for honey here but all my packages look strong going into winter. I am treating this fall also.
