Bee Candy

Hi Ya'll!!! I made bee candy for the first time and put it in metal pie plates. Do I need to try and get it onto a paper plate, or is the pans ok for the bees??? Thanks in advance. ( Hopefully I can get the stuff out, as next time I will be putting wax paper in the mold so that it can easily be removed). Learning, learning and more learning. Gotta love it!!!

Metal pans will be okay.

Metal is fine. Is it fairly hard?

If it's on the sticky side, it only gets stickier in a warm hive and glues the bees down.

I use check book boxes for my candy, they hold up fine till the candy gets hard and are easy to store until I need them.
