My honey was judged BEST OF SHOW at the Central Washington State Fair!!!! It received a perfect 100 out of 100 score. I got a blue ribbon and a large black and yellow rosette.

After the fair I can grab my score card and tell you all of the scoring criteria. The ones I can remember were uniformity, color, clarity, taste, and moisture content.
