Usually, my wife takes care of our cappings, washing, melting, and forming. I did not think anything of her health not being the greatest after we extracted in July. Now in our decapping tank, we have crystalized honey with bits and pieces of wax in it. What is the best way to decrystalize the honey and get the wax out? We were thinking to stick it in a pot that is in a pot of water, decrystalize, strain, and see if the wax seperates after it cools. Just wanted to get others opinions and see if we are on the right track. Thanks!
