Have you worked out that number (break even)? How close is it to the numbers people have been giving you? Regardless of what someone says they are worth it is up to you to make the sale and that could affect the price greatly.

In a cold climate you might have trouble getting a good price in the fall. If you can wait till spring they will be easier to sell for a fair price.
