    Will you provide more background on this? I've never heard of "qualified level" exam. Who is doing the qualifying?

    Cornell has something like that. As does EAS. I don't know very many people who have the certificates, but I am sure they are out there.

    I don't imagine you are really asking me, but that never stopped me answering before.

    Were I to seek such a certificate it would be for the learning experience, the knowledge. Just likie my AAS, the certificate is of little value. It's the knowldge one had to gain to earn the certificate.

    Maine does not. We have EAS as our Master Beekeeper certifier, and that is the only level. Ann Harmon has written about the different Master Beekeeper programs in the last two Bee Culture magazines. I'm pretty sure I will take the tests (plural) next year (at my wife's urging) even though I am not sure what the benefits to my own operation will be.

    Need a Like button on this thread. Especially for the BS degree!
    Stuck in Texas. Learning Permaculture in drought, guess I will teach permaculture in drought. The bees are still alive.
