extraction equipment stuck on freight truck

i have such awesome luck ! i have had nothing but problems with this order from Beemaid for my extractor and other equipment i ordered last week, now on top of the screw up, the Day And Ross freight truck is broken down since monday and stuck in a garage 5 minutes away from me and they won't let me get my stuff . ohh the fun i have sometimes : )

I have already made it clear that i wasn't impressed over the way this is being handled and asked to be reimbursed for the freight. I get freight everyday at my shop and i never had this much trouble before.. that's my luck though

pay them in green backs, that will teach them a lesson, they will have lost money by the time they get back to the shop.
