spraying for moquitoes in moultrie GA. ROSSMAN BEES?

I have talked to a guy in Moultrie GA who said that they were going to start spraying the county for mosquitoes.I was wondering if this was going to effect rossman bees? I heard that 11 people and some livestock have died from west nile in Moultrie.
