fall flow starting here
Went through a few of my hives yesterday and noticed quite a bit of fresh goldenrod nectar in the supers, it had a deep golden yellow color and a surprisingly good taste. The weather is forecasted to be sunny and warm for a week or so, unusual for us as we always seem to get cool rainy weather when the goldenrod blooms, maybe I'll actually get to extract some for a change this year.
