add more supers now?

Ok I have four full medium supers. Three are capped. I was planning on giving the hive another week to cap the fourth box and then harvest. The question I have though is should I add a fifth box and havest everything mid September or is this to late and I should concentrate on them storing up for winter? They are still coming and going alot with the golden rod bloom.

I'd extract the three full and put them back wet and let the bees clean'em for storage and consolidate the drips and they might finish out #4 and maybe refill another.
Then you repeat the robbing/extracting and put the wets above the hives inner cover to be cleaned up so you can remove one last time for winter.
This gets maximum yield for a little extra work on your part
