Deer Camp Open Air HIve removal

Got a call from a guy who had 2 open air bee hives under his trailer at his deer camp. The camp sits next to the Big Black river and is prone to flooding. All of the buildings are on stilts. His is 17 feet off the ground. I removed the smaller first hive a few weeks ago and went back Sunday for the second. Open air hives are a thing of beauty. I've posted a few pics. My wife was a trooper and helped with the cut out and took pictures. The brood filled a full size hive body and I added a second hive body to accommodate all the bees.

That has to be a great spot for a swarm trap next year - just leave it by the door at the top of the steps.
