I bought a used one Thursday. Not near that clean, got to get the high pressure washer on it.

You sure like to punish your employees dont you.

I used 1 for a season. It worked great. I sold it because at the end of that season I lucked onto a good deal for an older gunness

BMAC, Hard to break bad habits. I'm running a gunness now and only wish I had done it many years ago.

CDEVIER - it is a Maxant Chain Uncapper. There's a decent used one for sale about 90 minutes west of you, but even old and used its pretty darned pricey.
I uncap with knife, and it suits my sized operation pretty well - I also have some concerns about the degree of comb damage from the machine uncappers. That being said, they do have my interest as our little sideline grows, and I would REALLY like to demo one or help somebody use one for a day.
