    Default Queen bee

I need a queen bee for a hive I have to split. Seems as if all the people I have called or emailed does not/will not respond. A mature queen would be nice but I will take what I can find. I know its late but earlier surgery prevented it from happening. Thanks in advance.

Joseph Clemens is in Arizona and raises queens thru fall and into winter, at least some years. You may contact him and see if he can help you out also. He is a member here of beesource...

Being in Alabama, you don't know of any locals that have some queens for sale still? I bet there are beeks still raising queens there somewhere. Have you contacted anyone in any local beeclubs?

Best of luck finding a queen and hope you recover fully from the surgery.

I've tried the local bee keepers to a degree. I haven't had any of them respond to my phone calls or emails since I started trying Tuesday. Thanks for the info, I'll contact these guys.

Try Charles & Maxine Walter, I am very happy with the Russian queens that they provided me with. They are good people and very prompt with their service.

I just received two last week from Dan at Pine Ridge Farms. He was great to deal with, and the queens are very nice. pine_ridge_farms@yahoo.com
