    Default Purple Honey

A friend of mine in GA harvested his honey recently and he had a super full of purple honey. Any ideas on the source - grapes, muscadine? If was an interesting twist.

There are several plants that will make it, I think it is an invasive vine in that area but not shure of the name.

From reading I've done in the past Kudzo which is found in GA will produce purple honey. Some say it has a slight grape flavor although I have never seen or tasted it myself. Can you post a pic?

That would be Kudzu. My previous reply said Kudzo. Autocorrect. Grrrr.
