Need help with User Customizations

I'm trying to change the colors of my "my profile" page.
There was an interface that allowed a user to change colors and now I can't find it.
Should have dropped bread crumbs cause I can't find my way back to it.

I had made the profile changes soon after I joined the forum.
Have there been any forum upgrades since last October?
If so, maybe that function got turned off in the Admin panel.

Profile Page Customization

How do I customize my profile page?
You may be able to edit the design and styling of your public profile page (if this is enabled by the board administrator) via the 'Customize Profile' section within the User CP. You can adjust the color scheme, fonts, borders and layout of elements on the page.
You can also use images as background for various sections of you profile. First you will need to upload the background images to an album you have created (?). Background images can be sourced only from albums defined as public, or 'profile' type. Images in private albums cannot be used.

And when I click on the Customize Profile link I see this:

Allen, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I'd like to reset the cutomized color settings back to default if possible.

I just looked into this and I have all user profile customization options enabled. Did you get it to work yet? If not, I'll look further.

- actually, I just found that the user album use was disabled and it needs to be enabled for the profile changes to work. Should work for you now.

Could someone please let on how to change my "Location", as listed in my posts? I moved over a year ago; yet dig and fiddle as I might I've been unable to find where that information can be changed.

I can't find it either through my iPad.

Curiously, on my profile page it seems every single data field has an "edit" link next to it except for the location.

Just to clarify, there is no "location button" showing under my settings.
It disappeared.

There is only one way to change the "Location" data displayed, you must PM Barry with your new location and a request to update your profile. No users have the ability to edit their own location, and accordingly, there is no "Edit" button for that field.
