Default Swapping locations to strengthen with foragers - will they kill the Queen?

I just made up a handful of nucs a week or so ago, and turned one hive into a stack of single deep 8 frame nucs.

I created divisions between each with its own entrance, and eliminated the original entrance, in an attempt to spread out the foragers. Most of the foragers are going into the bottom two (of four in the stack). This makes sense, as the bottom entrance was the busy one, and they are just finding the two closest openings. They are still somewhat chaotic, as they haven't fully adjusted.

I was thinking of swapping locations with the upper two in order to collect a bunch of those foragers, and even things out.

Would the foragers kill the queens?

    Thanks,

    Adam

I have done it many times with no problems.
