Swarming in the Southeast

I'm located in SE Georgia, and the past two weeks I've seen three swarms while in my bee yard. That's just the ones that I have seen, no telling how many more there have been. Is anyone else in this region experiencing this?

I am in west central Florida. I have seen 4 swarms in the tree above my hives in the last two weeks. finally put a small 4 frame nuc box up in the tree. Within one hour a swarm was in the box. I put two frames of drawn comb in with two new frames. Now I need to move it and put another box up there to catch another swarm.
