How to submit photo?

How do I submit photos. Having trouble. Nothing seems to work. What are the steps? Iinstructions from Beesource says "from profile pictures" What profile pictures...and from where? From my pictures on my computer (smartphone actually)? Or maybe picts I have loaded to Facebook?
