Mosquito Dunks okay to use in their water?

I've got a problem with mosquitoes in my backyard where I have my hives and am wondering if it is okay to use Mosquito Dunks. I fill the water fountain I have set up for them by the hives from my rain barrel and would like to know if it is okay to put the dunks in to cut down on the mosquitoes. The active ingredient in the dunks is Bacillus Thuringiensis subspecies israelensis 10.31%.

There should be no problem with BT in a fountain.

Bti [Bacillus Thuringiensis subspecies israelensis] has not been reported to affect a large number of other invertebrate species including most aquatic fauna. It is not toxic to bees. Fish are not affected, either in the laboratory or after field application.
