    Default Insurance and Liability?

Just started keeping bees this spring. I have done 6 cut outs so far, and all for free (I wanted/needed the bees!).

Now that I am stocked up on bees, I would like to charge to do cut outs. My issue is that I feel like if I am charging for a service, I suddenly become much more liable if something happens. I don't know if that is actually true.

Is just having a solid work order/contract good enough? What happens if their kids come outside and get all sortsa stung? Does anyone actually have insurance that covers their cut out work or is it usually under the table?

    Thanks in advance.

Have the owner sign a waiver.
