Pulling supers?

As I inspected my supers I noticed that 1-2 of the frames(of 9 total) had a few areas that were still not capped. I have heard that as long as the super is 95% capped it is okay to extract that super. If every cell is not capped is it still okay to pull the super to extract? Thanks, juzzerbee

It will be fine if it is as you describe. It is dry there too right? That matters.
