add second super?

I have a hive with one medium super on. I checked it this weekend. the bees are drawing every frame. 4 are fully drawn the other 6 are drawn about halfway down from the top. they are storing nectar in almost every drawn cell. should I add a second super now, or wait until the remaining halves of the 6 frames are drawn? they are capping the center two frames.

I would wait until the first super is fully drawn (but not fully capped). They still have room. If they need it, they will use it.

It doesnt matter. I know people who put 3 and 4 supers on at a time.
