Default Dangly Wangly bees. nocturnal acrobats or swarm?

I was checking the chickens when I noticed more noise than usual from the hive. This is what I saw. It was a very hot and humid day up here in Maine and its still pretty sticky tonight. Are they getting ready to swarm or is this caused by the heat? I just added the second deep last week when I noticed some bees hanging around outside at night and they seemed cramped up. http://i1052.photobucket.com/albums/...714122112a.jpg

They're bearding to cool off the hive. Take that entrance reducer off and put some coffee stir sticks between your top box and your cover for ventilation.
