Is there time?

I have 10 frame med. supers.Two brood boxes and one on top.Got this on May 7, been having queen problems,but I requeened three weels ago.She is laying good and moved into 2nd brood box laying.Would like to know do they have time to build up for winter anyingd get fat.Ive been feeling themm 1 to1 sugar water since I got them plus honey b healthy.Just worrying about the girls.Some feed back please.

Should be ok. Once the brood starts hatching, all heck is going to break loose. Once the population booms so will the stores.
Give it a month or so and you will see a totally different hive than you have now if everything keeps on it's present course.
