One Hive not bringing in pollen

Hi, I'm in my first year of bee keeping. I have 2 hives I have one hive that is still bringing in plenty of pollen and one that is bringing in zero pollen.

I checked for brood and it appears that thier is worker brood in both hives,so it seems that we have queens in both hives. Is thier a normal circumstance that could explain why the one hive is not bringing in any pollen. I'm assuming it is pollen bound but i'm not sure how to confirm this.
If anybody has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Thank's..... Bob

Different varieties of honeybees store different amounts of pollen. If you have open brood and pollen stores in both you should stop worrying. What can you do to correct a colonies lack of urge to hoard pollen?

Maybe there's no pollen to be gotten. Haven't seen pollen coming into my hives for a couple of weeks now.

thanks for the replys guy's They are the same varieties of bees must be some pollen, the one hive is still bringing it in.

I've noticed the same in my apiary. I added 2 new packages this year and while both are about equal in population; one colony seems to be not bringing in much pollen, noticeable less than the other....?? I check in the morning, which seems to be when most of that work is performed.

Not unusual at all. Maybe the hive that is not bringing in pollen, figures it has enough, for now.

Honey bee colonies seem to behave as if they were individuals, not always doing everything the same.
