Default Help need some place for 40 hives in IA/WI area

Okay I give up! the drought here in Souther IL is unmanagable. Anybody know of someplace way north of here where I can put 40 hives? (car trailer full) I don't normaly move them, but all our plants are dead. had more forage in So CA when I was there.

any thoughts or contact will be much aprecuated!

The middle of Lake Michigan is still wet. We have not had rain in S.E. Wisconsin since May 22nd.
    All burned here also.

Are there not some bottomlands near you?

not any with water. the maple trees in the yard have already dropped leaves... Got a cpl offers to pollinate pumpkins, which normaly about kills bees, pondering doing it. 50 a hive is better than nothing!....

I would put them in the pumpkins and feed ,that would pay the feed bill as i bet the price of hfc is going to go up with this drougth. Pray fo rain as it looks bad in a lot of places i am in south Texas which is very dry. I need to start feeding now

Maybe South or North Dakota? They usually make a lot of honey. There's work in Williston as well!

well sending some to pumpkins. unfortunatly Elwood, I only have 1 trailer, and not enough for a truckload, so the Dakota's are too far away!. parents live in Northern IA so could do dual purpose trips!...... Normaly we don't move hives more than 30 miles!
