Breeder Queen

What criteria do you use to select your breeder queen apart from production, disease resistance, gentleness, brood pattern etc. Does anyone select for anything else such as foraging distance, wing power, comb building speed, calmness during inspection etc or anything else?

A famous bee breeder (Br. Adam) selected for: Fecundity, Foraging zeal, Resistance to disease and Disinclination to swarm. Secondarily, he selected for Longevity, Wing-power, Sense of smell, Instinct for defense, Ability to winter, Spring development, Thrift with reserves, Instinct for self provisioning, Arrangement of the honey stores, Wax production and comb building, Gathering pollen and Length of tongue.
