    Default Bees and Humidity

    It's in the high 80's here but the humidity is quite high. Does the humidity affect their behavior? - Mike

    LOL, if humidity affected them, us Mississippi beeks would be in trouble! We will gladly swap humidity anytime!

    It seems to us that humidity affects them more than heat. With high heat and low humidity, our bees look normal at the hive entrances. But high humidity (even with lower heat) they beard a lot more. Seems like it's harder for them to move the moist air in the hive. Our summer humidity can be high, although not as high as some other places.
