What is this???????

I am doing an inspection on a very small hive of Russian Carniolans and found this bee walking around on a comb of pollen. Each leg has several yellow things on them like hairs except bullbus on the distal end. the conditions here are around 85% 12% humidity and we are in a dearth waiting for our wild flowers to get the summer rains.

Looks like some pollen grains accumulated on the legs just not balled up....
