Bees at war??

Do hives have wars between them? Does bees get confused and stop in at the naboring hive and get throwed out?

Yes at both of those questions. The wars are called robbing where they try to steal honey from another hive and the confusion is called drifting, although they don't always get thrown out. Sometimes they bribe the guard bees with nectar so that they don't throw them out.
