Bees on Milkweed

I am a newbee and am amazed at how they find and work whatever is blooming.
Right now its the milkweed.
They are young bees still fuzzy, is the white stuff on one of the bees abondom wax or something else?

that is just the color of that part of the body when it is extended. Nice pics
