Cool indeed. My only thought is won't the girls get baked from all that reflective glass at certain times of the day?

They have had bees up there for a couple of years, we have just taken over as the beekeepers.
Yes, I think the reflective glass is of concern...which is the purpose for the enclosures around each hive. So far, I haven't seen any signs of overheating.
