    Question pinch bugs ?

I inspected my hives on Monday and found every one had pinch bugs on the inner cover. I've never seen nor heard of pinch bugs around a hive. Has anyone else experienced them.
The hives and nucs were all fine so it doesn't seem like a problem. Just something odd to me.
    Thanks.

I think that's what he meant. They like the heat and moisture that gets trapped up there (if any). I doubt they harm the hive at all unless they start reproducing up there and then there might be a little mess (frass) to clean up.

Not a big fan of Earwigs we had them a lot in Santa Maria. I didn't really notice them in Galt until I moved a little closer to the outskirts of town, now I see them all the time, I still don't like em, but yes I do find them around my hives too.

I think you guys are correct -- when I did a little more googling, I'd say the proper term is earwigs.
    Thanks for your replies.
