Can I get into hive on day 6 and 7 of a split?

Made a split on the 15th of June. Moved queen to a nuc. Original hive now has at least 12 capped queen cells on the middle of the frame. Can I go back into this hive tomorrow to cut out a couple of cells to make up another nuc? I dont know know if I should bother them two days in a row.

I don't often do things when it's convenient for the bees, it's usually when it's convenient for me. Everything seems to work out. You know the timeline for capped queen cells.
