Is it allright to work bees in the early morning hours, just after sunrise, if the temps are in a decent range (60F and above)? What about the reverse, just before sundown? What are your experiences at these times?

I try not to bother the bees until they are out working in the fields. They will be calmer and less likely to become angry.
My bees work best very early in the morning. They are not so active and they stay put on the frames when I inspect them. My bees have always been very calm, but maybe that will change when they get more honey stored!
It's fine. There are more bee's "home" so take that into account but otherwise, it's OK.
