Grafting in summer heat

For those of you raising queens thru the summer, what do ya'll do to help keep your cell builders working.

I feed pollen sub, make sure they have lots of new bees weekly or every other week, and make sure there is lots of water around for them, I also try and keep them stocked with new grafts so everytime they are capped I replace them with a round of new ones. If the flow really slows down I will also add syrup to them.
