Rate of speed. One man, one 20 frame extracter

I timed myself a few weeks ago. It took me 2 1/2 hours to process 7 medium supers. That is not allowing time for removing the supers or setting up. I was wondering how that compares with other "one-man-bands" ?
Any useful tips gratefully received.

What kind of Extractor motorized? Radial?

Motorized radial. 4 cycles - 3 of 20 frames and 1 of 10 frames.

I hate to admit this, but we can do 32 frames every 25 minutes. That is uncapping, loading and unloading. At 9 frames a super(we run only deeps), about 9-10 supers an hour(with a little help unloading). A 3 barrel day is possible, but cleanup cuts into the day. A Cowen uncapper and two 80 frame extracors, with two boys, would ussually get 8 barrels, with alot less effort.
