Glass/metal tin candles
I cant seem to keep my container candles from shrinking and cracking. I have tried wrapping them in tin foil and newspaper. I have tried preheating the oven real low temps and leaving them in there overnight after the oven is shut off. I have sealed the lids on them and stored them in a pot. Nothing seems to work. Is there some other way that I am missing?

Re: Glass/metal tin candles
What temperature are you pouring at?
Beeswax that cools too fast will show cracks. Can you wrap old towels around them or cover them with a small cardboard box? Pouring at too high of temps will also increase the amount of shrinkage.
