    Default Licorice Honey?

I got some honey from a cut-out that had a drone-laying queen. Stucco was in most of the honey so I couldn't process it. The hive it came from was otherwise healthy and the honey I was able to extract had a black licorice smell and when you tasted it, for just a moment like the snap of a finger, it had black licorice flavor then went right to a very nice spring honey flavor. The color is about medium amber. Any ideas what kind of plant can give it that zing?
